ඖෂධවලට ඇබ්බැහි තැනැත්තන් (ප්‍රතිකාර හා පුනරුත්ථාපනය) පිළිබඳ පනත. ශ්‍රී ලංකාව තුළ අන්තරායදායක ඖෂධවලට ඇබ්බැහි වූවන් ඇති බව සාමාන්‍ය පිළිගැනීමකි. ඊට හේතුව අන්තරායදායක ඖෂධ ලංකාව තුළ පැතිරී තිබීමයි. පොලීසිය ඇතුළු නීතිය ආරක්ෂා කරන ආයතන මේ අන්තරායදායක ඖෂධ සමාජයෙන් ඉවත් කිරීමේ ක්‍රියාවලියේ යෙදී සිටී. මෙවැනි ඖෂධයන්ගේ ස්වභාවය ඒවා පාවිච්චි කරන්නා ඊට ඇබ්බැහි කරලීමට ඇති හැකියාවයි. එවැනි ඖෂධයන්ට ඇබ්බැහිවූවන් නිසා ඇති වන නොයෙක් ප්‍රශ්නකාරී තත්ත්වයන් එදිනෙදා සමාජයේ දී ඇසීමට දැකීමට ලැබේ. රජය මේ සම්බන්ධයෙන් වූ මැදිහත්වීමක් ලෙසින් 2007 අංක 54 දරන ඖෂධවලට ඇබ්බැහි තැනැත්තන් (ප්‍රතිකාර හා පුනරුත්ථාපනය) පිළිබඳ පනත හැඳින්විය හැක. මේ පනත මඟින් එවැනි ඖෂධයන්ට ඇබ්බැහි වූ තැනැත්තන් පුනරුත්ථාපනයට යොමු කිරීමට හෝ ප්‍රතිකාර සඳහා යොමු කිරීමට විධාන සලස්වා තිබේ. ඒ අනුව දැනට පනත ප්‍රකාරව ප්‍රතිකාර හා පුනරුත්ථාපන මධ්‍යස්ථාන කිහිපයක් ම ලංකාව පුරා පිහිටුවා තිබේ. මේ ලිපියේ දී මා කෙටියෙන් සාකච්ඡා කිරීමට අදහස් කරනු ලැබන්නේ එම පනතේ දක්නට ලැබෙන එක් කරුණක් සම්බන්ධයෙනි. 2007 අංක 54 දරන පනතේ ප්‍රතිපාදන අනුව අන්තරායදායක ඖෂධවලට ඇ
