සැකකරු සහ බී වාර්තාවේ සහතික පිටපත
මහේස්ත්රාත් අධිකරණ නඩු කටයුතුවලදී බී වාර්තාවේ පිටපත් ලබා ගැනීමට සැකකරුවකුට ඇති හැකියාව. සාමාන්යයෙන් මහේස්ත්රාත් අධිකරණයට සැකකරුවකු ඉදිරිපත් කිරීමේ දී පොලීසිය විසින් ඉදිරිපත් කරන්නේ බී වාර්තාව මගිනි. අපරාධ නඩු විධාන සංග්රහය පනතේ 444 වගන්තියේ දී බී වාර්තාවේ පිටපත් සැකකරුවකුට ලබා ගත හැකි බවට විධාන දක්වන්නේ නැත. එම වගන්තිය පහත පරිදි වේ. (1) Every inquirer or officer in charge of a police station shall issue to every accused person or his attorney-at-law who applies for it a duly certified copy of the first information relating to the commission of the offence with which he is charged and of any statement made by the person against whom or in respect of whom the accused is alleged to have committed an offence.
